Overview
The Philippines is EBANX's largest market in Southeast Asia. The market is defined by digital wallet dominance: GCash and Maya together account for a large share of e-commerce volume, reflecting the Philippines' rapid leap from cash to mobile-first digital payments — largely bypassing traditional cards.
Cash payments remain significant, and A2A via QR Ph (the BSP's national QR code standard) is growing. There is substantial room for growth in digital buyer adoption, with gaming and online retail as primary cross-border verticals.
Available payment methods
Philippines supports the following payment methods through EBANX. For detailed integration guides, select a payment method from the sidebar or visit the API Operability page.
