Overview
Paraguay is one of EBANX's smallest markets by volume but with strong growth potential. The market is heavily cross-border by transaction value — one of the highest ratios in the entire EBANX portfolio — making it almost entirely an international merchant play.
Cards dominate, with credit well ahead of debit. Payment method diversity is limited — Paraguay currently has no country-specific alternative payment methods in the EBANX offering beyond cards.

Refunds
- Refunds for credit and debit card payments are sent to the card acquirer.
- Paraguay does not currently support alternative payment methods, so no bank transfer refund details are required.
