Cross-border transactions represent the majority of total volume, with streaming and digital content as key verticals, indicating a young, digitally-native consumer base with strong appetite for international platforms.
Available payment methods

- Cash & Codes: USDC, USDT
Customer document
Accepted type: DPI (Documento Personal de Identificacion). The document field is optional for card payments.

Refunds
- Refunds for credit and debit card payments are sent to the card acquirer.
- Guatemala does not currently support alternative payment methods, so no bank transfer refund details are required.
