Channels & Partners — Overview
EBANX partners with leading global payment providers, orchestration platforms, and recurring billing software to help merchants expand into emerging markets. With support for 20+ markets and over 200 payment methods across Latin America, Africa, and India, the EBANX partner ecosystem offers a fast and efficient path to go live using the technical infrastructure merchants already rely on.
This page provides an overview of how the partner ecosystem connects to EBANX and the full list of supported channel partners.
The value of the partner ecosystem
The Ecosystem-Led Growth strategy reduces friction when entering new markets and accelerates the technical and financial return for merchants. When a channel partner is involved in the integration process, the impact is significant:
- Go-to-market acceleration — Merchants can go live much faster, reducing the effort and time required for direct integrations built from scratch.
- Operational efficiency — The involvement of a channel partner optimizes the merchant's entire journey, providing a more fluid and simplified onboarding process.
- Less technical friction — Merchants can activate local payment methods using existing integrations and ready-to-use connectors on the orchestration platforms or gateways they already use, avoiding the need to build a new integration from scratch.
- Expanded reach — Partners specializing in recurring billing, payment orchestration, and global acquiring help merchants address specific business needs such as subscription management, multi-gateway routing, and cross-border card processing across emerging markets.
How it works
The merchant signs a contract directly with EBANX and uses the partner's platform to route transactions. This is how the relationship works:
- EBANX owns the commercial relationship, KYC/compliance, and pricing.
- EBANX settles funds directly to the merchant's bank account.
- The merchant uses the partner's platform to route transactions to EBANX via pre-built connectors or API integrations.
Transaction flow
The merchant uses the partner's platform to send and receive payment requests, while EBANX processes the payment using local payment methods.
Credentials management
The channel partner routes each transaction to EBANX by providing the end merchant's specific API keys and Merchant ID. Merchants typically insert their EBANX public API keys into the partner's connector dashboard to activate the integration. This ensures full granularity in reports and reconciliations.
Settlement
EBANX settles funds directly into the merchant's bank account. The merchant maintains a direct financial relationship with EBANX regardless of the channel partner involved.
EBANX maintains the direct commercial contract and performs KYC/compliance verification with the end merchant. EBANX owns the onboarding, legal, and compliance process prior to activating any merchant.
