API Status
EBANX publishes the real-time operational status of its payment and payout APIs on a dedicated status page. Use it to check whether the APIs are running normally, to follow active incidents, and to see planned or emergency maintenance windows before they affect your integration.

This indicator is fetched live from the EBANX status page, so it always reflects the current status.
What the status page tells you
The status page groups service health by component and country, and records two kinds of events:
- Incidents — unplanned disruptions or degraded performance. Each incident moves through a lifecycle (investigating, identified, monitoring, resolved) with public updates as the situation evolves.
- Scheduled & emergency maintenance — planned work announced ahead of time, including the maintenance window and the countries and payment methods affected.
You can subscribe on the status page to receive notifications by email, SMS, or webhook whenever a new incident or maintenance is published.
