Payment Link

This guide explains how to add a Payment Links to your EBANX integration. If you're unfamiliar with this payment journey, please review the EBANX Payment Link Product Info. Please follow the instructions below to use this feature.

Requirements

  • API credentials - Ensure you have an EBANX sandbox account. If not, please complete the Merchant Signup Form.

Instructions

Follow the steps below.

  1. Go to dashboard

    Login to the EBANX Dashboard.

  2. Start new form

    In the upper left corner of the dashboard, click the button.

    Create → Payment Link

    Complete the form by providing the customer's email, country, transaction amount and other info. See next step for details about form fields.

  3. Complete form

    Provide the required fields, then click Create to submit.

    Customer emailEmail address where the payment link will be sent.Required
    Send emailIf checked, send email to customer with link to complete payment.
    CountryCurrency and payment methods are based on selected country.Required
    CurrencyCurrency for the payment amount. USD or the customer's local currency.Required
    AmountAmount to be paid. Use comma as the decimal separator (e.g., 59,90).Required
    Order numberReference number for the payment.
    Payment methodAvailable payment methods depend on the selected country.Required
    DescriptionDescription of product or service.
    Associated InvoicesList of invoices associated with this product.
  4. Confirmation

    The following confirmation box will appear after successful creation of a payment link.

  5. Use the payment link

    • If you selected Send Email, the customer will receive the link via email.
    • Click Copy to paste or send the link as needed.

    Payment link expiration → two days when unused.

  6. Congratulations!

    You have completed the necessary steps to create a payment link.
