Payment Link
Requirements
- API credentials - Ensure you have an EBANX sandbox account. If not, please complete the Merchant Signup Form.
Instructions
Follow the steps below.
Go to dashboard
Login to the EBANX Dashboard.

Start new form
In the upper left corner of the dashboard, click the button.
Create → Payment Link
Complete the form by providing the customer's email, country, transaction amount and other info. See next step for details about form fields.
Complete form
Provide the required fields, then click Create to submit.
Field Description Customer email Email address where the payment link will be sent. Required Send email If checked, send email to customer with link to complete payment. Country Currency and payment methods are based on selected country. Required Currency Currency for the payment amount. USD or the customer's local currency. Required Amount Amount to be paid. Use comma as the decimal separator (e.g., 59,90). Required Order number Reference number for the payment. Payment method Available payment methods depend on the selected country. Required Description Description of product or service. Associated Invoices List of invoices associated with this product. Confirmation
The following confirmation box will appear after successful creation of a payment link.
Use the payment link
- If you selected Send Email, the customer will receive the link via email.
- Click Copy to paste or send the link as needed.
infoPayment link expiration → two days when unused.
Congratulations!
