Digital wallets allow customers to complete purchases using their preferred wallet by either scanning a QR code or confirming the transaction after logging into their account. By requiring access to the customer's app and account, this payment method significantly reduces the risk of fraudulent chargebacks.
Additionally, users no longer need to fill out credit card forms, as their payment information is already stored within the wallet and applied automatically.
