How it works

Step by step

1. 1 The customer proceeds to checkout on the merchant’s Shopify website.

2. 2 Shopify redirects the customer to an EBANX payment page.

3. 3 Customer completes the payment form on the EBANX payment page.

4. 4 EBANX returns the customer back to the merchant's Shopify site.

Shopify checkout

When a customer completes their order on the merchant’s Shopify checkout page, they are seamlessly redirected to the EBANX payment page to securely complete their transaction. On this payment page, customers can choose from a variety of localized payment methods provided by EBANX. Once the payment is successfully processed, the customer is redirected back to Shopify, where they are presented with the Thank You page confirming their order. This flow ensures a smooth and secure payment experience for customers while maintaining a cohesive checkout process for merchants.
